COMPLETION OF PAYMENT OF PRESCRIBED SHARES

 

P20,000.00 for REGULAR MEMBERS OR, P2,000.00 for ASSOCIATE MEMBERS must be completed one year from the approval of membership application. 

If you signed-up as CAIR member prior to April, 2011 (amendment of by-laws), the Minimum Capital Build-up of P100.00 per month still holds up to April, 2011. Starting May of 2011, Minimum Capital Build-up of P200.00 per month, takes effect. 
 
Example of a CAIR Member's account: 
(please note that Associate Members' required Initial Capital Shares is only half of that of Regular Members)

Regular Member Application: Dec 2008

P   5,000.00 - Partial payment of Initial Shares Capital (Dec, 2008)
P 15,000.00 - Balance of Initial Shares Capital (must have been completed by Dec, 2009)
P   1,200.00 - P100.00 per month capital build-up (Jan, 2010 - Dec, 2010)
P      400.00 - P100.00 per month capital build-up (Jan, 2011 - Apr, 2011)
P      800.00 - P200.00 per month capital build-up (May, 2011- Aug, 2011)
                     (the increase from P100.00 to P200.00 Capital Build-Up took effect after the Apr, 2011
                      General Assembly) 
P 22,400.00 - Total Capital Shares contribution as of August, 2011

Capital build-up contribution of P200.00 per month continues thereafter.
